Atlantic YB features 24×7 fuel dock and dockmaster help. Show up anytime. The free docks are on the other side of the river … shown here in the background (no shore power). It was a chilly night, so we wanted HEAT.
There is actually a “basin” here, even though their long dock along the waterway is more predominant.
Here is a closer look at the free wall. You can also see part of the Great Bridge bascule bridge. It opens only on the hour, and there is a Great Bridge Lock just beyond the bridge. It operates till 7:00pm.
Loopers pass thru two swing bridges south of here, then pass under the I-168 bridge seen on the right here before seeing AYB on center, above. The bascule bridge on the left was formerly known as Battlefield Blvd Bridge before the recent renaming to the Great Bridge bridge!

There is a large shopping center for provisioning located just 0.4 miles from here. Definitely walkable. There is “potable well water” available on the docks. Bathrooms and showers were simple but clean and they worked! (As stated in earlier posts, we take nothing for granted!) LOL

ICW mm 12 … a happening place!!!
