Saw this many times as a Marine Patrol Officer. Just because they had the means to buy a nice boat, didn’t mean they had the knowledge, ability or common sense to operate one. Now retired, we see the same with RV’s which require no special license to operate. Glad you didn’t suffer any damage from this jerk.
